Peanut Butter Oaties
These were cookies we used to sell at our bakery in Banff way back! They were quite popular – peanut butter and chocolate has a way of being in demand doesn’t it!?
In any case, we want to try this recipe with our All Purpose Breakfast & Baking Mix and see how that went! We are very pleased with the results and let’s just say there’s a reason we only have three left to photograph! We did however have enough from this batch to freeze as paddies in the freezer for future baking and dunking with tea!

Oh hello there!
My name is Alannah aka Lannie Rae – please call me Alannah!
I have recently discovered that this ever growing business originally rooted in my youth. It is only now that I have come to realize how strong and deep those roots go!
I grew up surrounded by exceptional bakers with tried and true
recipes that have been passed along over a few generations now! My grandfather’s flakey biscuits were a staple with meals growing up. My Gigi’s shortbreads have graced cookie tins over 3 generations and my mother was instrumental is making ordinary occasions memorable with her cooking and baking.
